Please refer to the table below for the schedule of all the instruments that are subject to changes.

*All hours are provided in EET (Eastern European Time) – Server Time in MT4.

In the event of decreased liquidity in the market, FXTM may switch trading on low-liquidity instruments to "Close Only" mode or may close trading on these instruments altogether.

Additionally, in the event of low liquidity, kindly note that spreads may significantly increase from their normal levels.

FXTMPartners hosted an informative seminar in the Loei Province of Thailand, on Monday, August 13^th, and received a fantastic turnout. Featuring a key presentation on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, the ‘FXTMPartners Products & Services’ seminar was held at the beautiful Loei Palace Hotel and lasted the entire day.   

The interactive session kicked off with a company presentation, introducing the attendees to everything that FXTMPartners has to offer in terms of services and products.

Other highlights from the seminar include:

• An overview of the types of accounts traders can open with FXTM, including a useful tutorial on how the deposit and withdrawal process works
• An hour-long presentation on Bitcoin and Cryptocurrencies, followed up with a Q&A session
• A look into the FXTM partnership with introducing brokers and affiliates
• Group sessions with their own Q&A’s about all topics discussed in the seminar
• Networking with fellow traders and industry experts

On Friday, the 10^th of August, FXTMPartners opened the doors to its brand-new training centre in Port Harcourt. The grand opening marked another step in FXTM’s mission to provide traders around the world with first-class education.

This special event opened with an engaging welcome talk and presentation from FXTM’s General Manager in Nigeria, Abiola Akinyele. Mr Akinyele outlined the numerous ways the training centre would benefit the trading community, including:

• Providing a stimulating place for traders and affiliates to learn
• Bringing traders in Port Harcourt and neighbouring Southern regions of Nigeria together
• Encouraging traders from across Nigeria to network and compare strategies
• Serving as a venue for more of FXTMPartners’ excellent educational events

Next up was Lukman Otunuga. FXTM’s Research Analyst treated guests to an in-depth look at the markets in his Market Outlook Presentation. Clients and IBs from across the country were fascinated by the exclusive insights offered by Mr Otunuga, and enjoyed the detailed picture of the markets presented.

The successful evening came to a close with a dynamic networking session and some light refreshments.

Between the 27^th and 31^st of July, Andreas Thalassinos hosted his popular Ultimate Trading Formula series in Bangladesh, sponsored by FXTMPartners. The number of participants at both the engaging seminar and the informative workshop far exceeded our expectations, as forex traders from across the region gathered to learn from Mr Thalassinos’ sage trading tutelage.

What better way to kick-off the Ultimate Trading Formula than with a fascinating seminar in Chittagong’s beautiful Radisson Blu hotel? The day was filled with insights from Andreas Thalassinos’ own eclectic trading experiences, and punctuated with well-deserved complimentary refreshment breaks.

Following the seminar, the Ultimate Trading Formula continued with a trade topic-filled three-day workshop in Dhaka. In a packed-out events room in the Lakeshore Hotel, Mr Thalassinos educated traders through some of the most important trading techniques. On the first day, attendees learnt about tops and bottoms identification, on the second day they secured their knowledge of reversal patterns, and on the final day they delved into entry confirmation signals and received their workshop completion certificate.

We are delighted that so many traders attended the events to hear from a leading FX educator and are thrilled with the very positive feedback we received.

At FXTM we firmly believe that a successful trader is an educated trader – and that’s why we’re pleased to announce the success of another popular educational event. The E-Trading & Investment Summit returned to Nigeria and enjoyed an exceptional turnout.

Between the 20^th of July and the 2^nd of August, Conrad Okongwu, Head of Education in Nigeria, hosted forex traders for a series of seminars and workshops in Lagos and Port Harcourt as part of the E-Trading & Investment Summit.

At the interactive seminars participants learnt the basics, with introductions to forex and investment programmes. With the help of two Q&A sessions, Mr Okongwu ensured that traders had a firm grasp on the essential trading tools they need when they enter the markets.

Once participants had mastered the forex fundamentals, the three-day workshops deepened their understanding. Mr Okongwu taught traders about a huge range of more complex trading topics including:

• The global market
• Trading terminologies
• Placing trades
• Japanese Candlesticks
• Risk management
• Trading psychology
• FXTM Invest

That’s not all – not only did traders receive an excellent educational experience for free, but raffle winners also received top tech prizes.

We would like to inform you of new regulatory changes which will be applied to FXTM’s trading services. In compliance with the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), FXTM will be imposing these regulations in order to protect our clients and uphold our commitment as a responsible and safe broker.

 Please be aware of the following changes in particular:

• Leverage limits – the new maximum available leverage will be 1:30. Leverage for specific instruments can be found here
• Negative balance protection on a per account basis, ensuring that maximum losses, including all related costs, are limited to the total account funds
• Margin close-out at 50% on a per account basis

ESMA regulatory changes will come into effect on 27th July 2018 at 23:59:59 (EET).

Please be reminded that on 27th July 2018, all open positions will be automatically adjusted to the new leverage in line with the regulatory requirements. FXTM shall not be liable for any losses incurred due to the changes above.
